  <p>Information: Clarence B. Brown, Sr., 86, of Ravenswood Care Center, died December 14, 1998, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley.  He was born in Manheim WV, Preston County, a son of the late James and Virginia Brown.  He was a U.S. Army veteran of W.W. II.  He was formerly employed as an A&P Store Manager in Terra Alta, Preston County, and as a 7-Eleven Manager at Orlando, Florida.  He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Ravenswood WV.  Surviving are his son, Clarence B. Brown, Jr., Parkersburg WV and his daughter, Linda D. Kester, Indianapolis IN; seven grandchildren, Butchie Brown, Laurenburg NC, Jo Beth Brown-Showalter, Mineral Wells WV, Mike Brown, Kanawha WV, Donna Currey, Millwood WV, Chip Kester and Missy Griffith, both of Indianapolis, IN, and Angela Angelilli, Port Saint Lucie, FL; ten great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mabel Reichert, New York.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Hazel S. Brown; and four brothers, Robert, James, Harold and Milford Brown.  Services will be held Thursday, December 17, 1998 at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood WV with Pastor James Dale officiating.  Final internment will be in the Ravenswood Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday at Roush Funeral Home.</p>
