  <p>Information:      Carroll Reif Brown, 76, of Given, WV, died Monday, Feb. 16, 2004, at his home following a long illness.  He was born April 14, 1927, at Jackson, WV, a son of the late James Albert and Mary Jane Parsons Brown.  He was an Army veteran of the Korean War, retired from Union Carbide with 29 years of service and a member of the Liberty Lions Club.  He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Ima Gaye Tolley Brown; two sons, Miles Brown of Red House and Ralph Brown of Given, WV; one daughter, Carolyn Agosti of Given; two brothers, Clifford Brown of St. Albans and Marlin Brown of Hurricane, WV.  He also is survived by five grandchildren, Nicholas Brown, Jacob Brown, Travis Brown, Kayla Brown and Corey Agosti.  Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, 2004, at the Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home. Ripley with the Pastor Mike Elder officiating.  Burial will be in the Ferrell Cemetery, Vicars Ridge, Roane County.  Friends may call from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. </p>
