  <p>Information: KENTUCK - Brooks Brown, 77, of Kentuck, Jackson County, died Feb. 28, 1999, in Eldercare Nursing Home, Ripley, after a long illness.  He was retired from Libbey-Owens-Ford.  Surviving:  sons, Thomas R. of Belgrove, James H. of Ripley, Jesse H. and Roger, both of Kentuck, David of Point Pleasant; daughters, Mary E. Lively and Dora Smith, both of Kentuck, Connie White of Gay, Icie Parsons of Apple Grove, Betty Brown of Ripley; sisters, Icie Schoolcraft of Charleston, Eileen White of Atwater, Ohio; 26 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. S. R. Parsons officiating.  Burial will be in Kiser Memorial Cemetery, Kentuck.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
