Information: Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at Parsons Funeral Home for Robert Brotherton, 33 of Cottageville, who died Saturday at Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.  He was employed by the Kaiser Aluminum plant in Ravenswood.  Surviving are his widow, Stella; two sons, Bobbie and Rodney, both at home; a daughter, Carol at home; his parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Lewis Brotherton of Cottageville; four brothers, James R. of Lexington, Ky, Reese of Washington, D. C., John of Charleston and Neil of Marion, Ind.; three sisters, Mrs. Valeria Powers of Ripley, Mrs. Regina Skeen of Kentuck and Mrs. Mary Rawlings of Tyler Mountain.  The Rev. Fred R. Mann officiated with burial in Brotherton Cemetery on Fisher Ridge.
