  <p>Information: Mrs. Demetria Scragg Null, 18, of Charleston, died Sunday in General Division, CAMC, from apparent smoke inhalation after a fire broke out Sunday morning on the second floor of a building on Washington Street East, Charleston.  Surviving:  husband, Homer; father, George S. Scragg Jr. of Charleston; mother, Roxie Boggess Scragg of Charleston; sister, Miss Sandra Kay Scragg, at home; brothers, Gary Scragg and Billy Jo Scragg, both of South Charleston, Jackie Lee Scragg of Charleston.  Service will be 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) in Long Fisher Funeral Home, with the Rev. Charles F. Scragg officiating.  Burial will be in Boggess Cemetery, Route 1, Kenna.</p>
