  <p>Information: Hubert Clyde Newton, 73 of Ravenswood died May 26, 1995 at Memorial Division, CAMC.  He was a retired electrical foreman from Kaiser Aluminum with 28 years service.  He was a member, deacon and treasurer of Mill Creek Baptist Church, Frozen Camp and a Merchant Marine veteran of World War II.  Surviving: wife, R. Grace McClure Newton, sons, William David of Houston, Robert Clyde of Ripley, daughters, Barbara Jean Scott of Mineral Wells, Carrie L. Kessell of Ripley, brothers, C.B. of Marble, N.C., Samuel Jr. of Columbus, Ohio, sisters, Mary Nell Day of Columbus, Josephine Payne of Knoxville, Tenn., eight grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Mill Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Herman Robinson officiating.  Entombment will be in Jackson Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Cottageville.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley and one hour prior to service at the church.</p>
