Information: Rose Mae Parsons, 96 of Frozen Camp died Wednesday in Ripley. She was born at Frozen Camp, a daughter of the late Jason Linley and Mary Jane Davis Mullinex. She was a member of the Mill Creek Baptist Church. She is survived by one son, K.G. Parsons of Liverpool; four daughters, Juanita Rader and June Shinn both of Evans, Mary Knapp of Shrewsbury, and Jackuelyn Shoemaker of Gallipolis, Ohio; three sisters, Flossie Hartley of Marian, N.C., Grace Kirkpatrick of Frozen Camp and Thelma Jordan of Palestine. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Kenna B. Parsons; one son, Burns E. Parsons, Belpre, Ohio. Service were Saturday at the Mill Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Herman Robinson officiating. Burial was in Baptist Grove Cemetery. Casto Funeral Home, Evans was in charge of arrangements.
