  <p>Information: Everett Lee Parrish, 75 of Ripley died Nov. 6, 1996 at home after a short illness.  He was a retired Army veteran of World War II and the Korean War; a graduate of the University of Tennessee and Broward Community College, a retired employee of the West Virginia Department of Transportation, recipient of Disinguished West Virginian award, a member of American Combat Pilots Asociation, AF&AM 16, Disabled American Veterans 6, Parkersburg, charter life member of VFW, Ripley and a member of Point Pleasant Moose Lodge.  Surviving: son, Wallace Lee Parrish of Evans; daughters, Patricia Lee Staats of Milton, Helen Lee Parrish of San Marcos, Texas; sister, Helen Louise Armstrong of Indiana; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. today at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley.  Burial will be in Fairplain Cemetery.  Friends may call four hours prior to service at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Kanawha Hospice Care, 1143 Dunbar Ave., Dunbar, W.Va., 25064 or to American Cancer Society.</p>
