  <p>Information: Mrs. Mildred C. Parrish Miller, 88 of Ripley died Aug. 24, 1990 at home after a short illness.  She was a retired LPN and member of VFW auxiliary.  She was a member of Golden Year Fellowship.  Surviving: husband, William Miller; son, Everett L. Parrish of Ripley; daughter, Helen Louise Armstrong of Mishawaka, Ind; brother, Robert Murray of Marietta, Ohio; sisters, Mary Brown of Ravenswood, Frankie of Akron, Ohio; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley with the Rev. Mike Norris officiating.  Burial will be in Fairplain Cemetery.  Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
