  <p>Information: Henry L. "Hank" Parrish, 65 of Sandyville, Jackson County died Spet. 13, 1992 at Elder Care of Ripley after a long illness.  He was a truck driver and a veteran of World War II.  He was a member of VFW and Eagles Lodge.  Surviving: wife, Jean; sons, Terry, Scott and Jaime, all of Minerva, Ohio; brothers, Clinton of Ripley, Ray, Delmer and Paul all of Liverpool; sisters, Edith Conley of Kent, Ohio, Elsie Cox of Salem, Ohio, Marie Althar of Florida, Hazel Easter of Liverpool; five grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley with the Rev. Glen Cottrill and the Rev. Orville Cottrill officiating.  Burial will be in Parrish Family Cemetery, Jackson County.  Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
