  <p>Information: Charles Lee Martin, 68 of Ripley died Dec. 10, 1996 at home after a short illness.  He was a retired steelworker from Kaiser Aluminum and Ravenswood Aluminum, a member of United Steelworkers of America, a graduate of Ripley High School and an Army veteran.  Surviving: sons, Craig Kenyon Martin of Ravenswood, Mark Lee Martin of Charleston; sister, Hazel Williamson of Ravenswood; one grandchild.  Service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley with the Rev. Don Hinzman and the Rev. Rod Hemsley officiating.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to American Cancer Society or Kanawha Hospice Care.</p>
