  <p>Information: Thomas W. Kelley, 66 of Marshall died Monday, Nov. 15, 1993 at CAMC, Memorial Division after a short illness.  He was born May 6, 1927 at Belpre County, Ohio and was a veteran of World War II.  Surviving: wife, Mary F. Webb Kelley; sons, Karl of Charleston and Michael K. of Ripley; daughters, Laura Matics of Spencer, Leah Ann Kelley of Orlando, Fla.; grandsons, Brian W. Kelley of Orlando and Daniel Matics of Spencer.  Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at Vail Funeral Home with Rev. David Kidd Sr. officiating.  Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Zion Ridge, Roane County.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) </p>
