  <p>Information: Robert D. "Bob" Young, 78 of Liverpool, W.Va., died Aug. 13, 1996 at the Americare-Arlington Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Parkersburg.  He was born in Linden, W.Va., a son of the late Romeo R. and Estelle Starcher Young.  He was a U.S. Army veteran and a farmer.  He was a member of the Wirt Masonic Lodge 82 AF & AM, Elizabeth.  Surviving are three brothers, R. Roy Young Jr. of Toledo, John H. Young of West Chester, Pa. and James Young of Spencer; three sisters, Dorma Ellis of Spencer, Ella Craddock of Seneca, S.C. and Ada Marks of Liverpool; and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by one brother, Willis E. "Bill" Young; and one half-brother, Charles Starcher.  Services 2 p.m. Saturday, Sinnett-Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, the Rev. John W. Ellison officiating.  Burial in Clover Cemetery, Spencer with military rites.</p>
