  <p>Information: Nellie McCullough, 68 of Greenwood, Doddridge County died Thursday evening at home.  She was born in Liverpool, Jackson County, the daughter of the late Isaac Lewis and Dochia Hornbeck Lewis.  She was retired from Colin Anderson Center in St. Marys and was a member of Greenwood United Methodist Church.  Survivors include one son, John D. McCullough of Parkersburg; four brothers, Warren and Harry Hornbeck of Houston, Texas, Lewis Hornbeck of Detroit, Mich., and Walter Hornbeck of East Liverpool, Ohio; three sisters, Martha Law of Vienna, Bertha Adkins of Chester, Betty Starlin of Salem, Ohio; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest McCullough.  Services were Sunday at McCullough-Rogers Funeral Home, Pennsboro with the Rev. Floral Kincaid officiating.  Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery.</p>
