  <p>Information: Harry G. Muncil, 83 of Ravenswood, formerly of Newton died Feb 22, 1993 at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley after a long illness.  He was a retired employee of Union Carbide, Alloy.  He was a member of Oil, Chemical and Atomic Workers International Union and a Baptist.  Surviving: wife, Esther Muncil, stepdaughters, Sherry Smith of Newton, Mary Lunn Ramsey of Gresham, Ore.; stepsons, Terry Rogers of Spartansburg, S.C., Larry Rogers of Newton, Jerri Rogers of San Antonio; several stepgrandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Sinnett-Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer with the Rev. Robert K. Vineyard officiating.  Burial will be at Newton Cemetery.  Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
