Information: Clifford P. Lowe, 84 of Ravenswood, formerly of Spencer and Orlando, Fla., died Oct 4, 1994 in St. Joseph's Hospital, Parkersburg after a short illness. He was a retired Navy veteran of World War II and a Catholic. Surviving: sisters, Beulah Taylor and Ethelyn Shimp, both of Spencer; brothers, Richard of Spencer, Ralph D. of Vienna. Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Oct 13 at Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer. Burial will be in Sinnett Cemetery, Round Knob, near Spencer. There will be no visitation.
