  <p>Information: Mrs. Colleen Scarbrough, 84 of Ripley died Tuesday in Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  She was a member of Salt Hill Community Church, Ripley.   Surviving: husband, Kenneth; son, Michael K. of Ripley; daughter, Mrs. Vickie Baisden of Point Pleasant; brothers, Dale Hinzman, Donald Hinzman, Devon Hinzman all of Sandyville, William Hinzman of Ripley, Ronald Hinzman of Ravenswood; sisters, Mrs. Dola White of Gay, Mrs. Crystal Miller of Huntington, Mrs. Geraldine Posten of Sandyville; one grandchild. Service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Salt Hill Community Church with the Rev. Leo Gibson officiating.  Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery, Jackson County.  Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley.</p>
