  <p>Information: Willis "Bill" Young, 70 of Liverpool died June 23, 1992 at his farm from injuries received in a tractor accident.  He was a farmer and a retired construction worker.  He was a member of Laborers Union No. 1085, Parkersburg and a member of Wirt Masonic Lodge.  Surviving:  brothers, Robert of Liverpool, Roy Jr. of Toledo, Ohio, John H. of Westchester, Pa, James of Spencer; sisters, Dorma Ellis of Spencer, Ella Craddock of Seneca, S.C., Ada Marks of Liverpool.  Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Sinnett-Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer with the Rev. John Ellison and the Rev. Denver Lee Ellis officiating.  Burial with Masonic graveside rites will be in Clover Cemetery near Spencer.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.</p>
