  <p>Information: Jackson County magistrate William Thomas Reynolds, 56 of Gay died Wednesday in Jackson General Hospital following a long illness.  He was born at Speed, W. Va., a son of Roy G. Reynolds and the late Freda M. Stein Reynolds.  He was a member of the Mill Creek Baptist Church at Frozen Camp and a 21-year military veteran serving in World War II, the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War.  Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Reynolds; one son, William Thomas Reynolds II of Ripley; a daughter Mrs. Sheila Armstrong of Ripley; one brother Carl Reynolds of Elkins; one sister Mrs. Margie Yoak of Spencer; three grandchildren.  Services were Friday in the Mill Creek Baptist church with the Rev. Herman Robinson officiating.  Burial was in the Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville.  Parsons Funeral HOme, Ripley was in charge of arrangements.</p>
