Information: Blanche V. Hartley, 76 of Leroy died April 27, 1995 at Memorial Division, CAMC after a short illness. She was a member of Little Creek United Methodist Church, Jackson County. Surviving: husband, Coy D. Hartley; sons, Charles of Roanoke, Va., Dale of Duck; daughters, Dorothy Epling of Parkersburg, Linda Hamric of Rootstown, Ohio; sister, Sylvia Burgess of Canton, Ohio; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley with the Rev. Jeff Tate officiating. Burial will be in Liverpool Cemetery, Jackson County. Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
