  <p>Information: Willie Ray Miller, 86 of Liverpool, Jackson County died Monday in Jackson General Hospital after a long illness. He was a member of Mount Zion United Methodist Church and was a retired farmer.  He was employed in the oil fields in Roane County.  Surviving: wife, Nancy; sons, Wayne and Billy both of Spencer, Henry and Charles both of Ripley, Elmer of Barberton, Ohio, Russell of Chiefland, Fla.; two stepsons, daughters, Mrs. Hazel Seaman and Mrs. Rachel Johnson both of Ripley, Mrs. Thelma Harrison of Given, Mrs. Mildred Kerns of Liverpool; two stepdaughters; half sisters, Mrs. Flossie Roberts and Mrs. Geraldine Greathouse; 31 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Mount Zion United Methodist Church with the Rev. Larry Jones officiating.  Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery.  Friends may call after after 5 p.m. today at Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer.</p>
