  <p>Information: William McKinley McCord, 90, 1004 13th Street, Parkersburg, died April 8, 1992 at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital following a long illness.  He was born in Sandyville, Jackson County, a son of the late A. McCord and Nancy McCord.  He was formerly employed in the oil fields of West Virginia and Pennsylvania and was a retired farmer.  He is survived by his wife, Arizona McCord; one daughter, Ruth Ellen Haney of Tanglewood, N.J.; and two disters, Dolly Hessey and Savannah Utt both of Jackson County.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary McCord; two brothers and one sister.  Funeral services are planned for 1 p.m. Saturday at the Burdette Funeral Home, Paarkersburg with Capt. Brian Gilliam officiating.  Burial will follow in the Drift Run Cemetery, New Era.</p>
