  <p>Information: Twyla B. Harper, 64 of Creston, Ohio, formerly of Jackson County, died April 2, 1992 at home.  She was born February 20, 1928 in Jackson county, the daughter of the late Wirt and Laura Irene Lee Blaine.  She was a member of the Ripley VFW, a former member of the Moose Lodge in Spencer and attended Mill Creek Baptist Church at Frozen Camp.  She was formerly employed by Kelwood of Spencer.  Survivors include: husband, Jarrett Harper; two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Debbie) Scruggs of Creston, Ohio, Mrs. Ken (Lola) Brantley of Jacksonville, Florida; three sons, Bobby Skeen of Sandyville, Bill Skeen of Bluefield, Va., and Eddie Skeen of Montobello, Calif.; one step-son, Eugene Roub of Ripley; two step-daughters, Teresa Tracewell of Ripley and Janet Halstead of Mt. Coal, WV; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.  Services will be Monday, April 6, 1992, 2:00 p.m. at Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. Herman Robinson officiating.  Burial will be in Suncrest Cemetery, Point Pleasant.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.</p>
