  <p>Information: LEROY - Ruth Ann Shaffer, 51, of Leroy died July 12, 1996 at Women and Children's Hospital, CAMC, Charleston after a long illness.  She was a homemaker, a Christian and member of Centennial Church, Ripley.  Surviving: husband, Hubert Shaffer; son, Lyndal of Gibsonville, N.C.; daughter, Leticia Weekley of Leroy; brothers, Joseph Chapman of Winston-Salem, N.C., Charles Chapman of Goshen, Ind.; sisters, Nellie Roe of Latonia, Ohio, Carolyn Baughn and Marilyn Schrock, both of Goshen, Judy Fields of Walton, Georgia Moore of Ripley, Shelia Chapman of Elkview, Helen Naylor of Nitro; half sisters, Berna Maxwell of Cleveland, Ohio, Bonnie Roberts of Charleston.  Service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with the Rev. Creed Pursley and the Rev. Charles Cavender officiating.  Burial will be in Hugh-Hunt Cemetery, Harmony.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
