  <p>Information: LIVERPOOL - Ernest B. Coon Jr., 30 of Liverpool, Jackson County was found dead on his farm Friday morning after a tractor he was driving apparently flipped over and pinned him underneath, the Jackson County Sheriff's Department said.  An investigation is under way.  He was an employee of Kaiser Aluminum.  Surviving: wife, Joyce; stepsons, Jeffrey, Tony and Scott all at home; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest B. Coon of Liverpool.  Service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Vail Funeral Home, Ripley with the Rev. William Sullivan and the Rev. Creel Kerns officiating.  Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Jackson county.  Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
