  <p>Information: Edward Leon Hudson RIPLEY - Edward Leon Hudson, 63, of Ripley, died Friday in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley.  A veteran of World War II, he was retired from State Department of Highways, and was a former Jackson County supervisor of highways.  He was a charter member of Mountain State Racking and Pacing Association Inc., a charter member of Jackson County Horse Club, Inc., and a member of Calvary United Methodist Church of Ripley.  Surviving wife, Rose Mary Hersman Hudson, son, Steve of Kenna, daughter, Mrs. Sharon Smith of Sandyville, Mrs. Sue Thrower of Pasedena, Texas, Mrs. Sonja Ice of Raleigh, N.C., sister, Mrs. Ella Mae Broscious of Ripley, brothers, Thomas Hudson of Evans and Everett Jr. Hudson of Spencer, nine grandchildren.  Service will be 4 p.m. Monday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans.  Burial will be in Jackson County Memory Gardens.  Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
