  <p>Information: EX-LIBRARY BOARD MEMBER CLAIMED - Mrs. Myrtle Twiggs Ritchie, 81, Ravenswood, died Saturday morning at her home following an extended illness.  Mrs. Ritchie was born in Cambridge, Ohio, a daughter of the late Clinton A. and Ella Roff Twiggs.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Ravenswood, the Kolah Club, was a past member of the Jackson County Library Board and the Ravenswood City Council.  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. John Chambers of Charleston; two sons, W. S. Ritchie Jr. and Ray Roff Ritchie, both of Ravenswood; a sister, Mrs. Lillian Hawkins of Ravenswood; a brother, Roff C. Twiggs of Ravenswood; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, W. S. "Bood" Ritchie in 1967.  Services were conducted Monday at the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ronald McCauley officiating.  Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Straight-Tucker Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.</p>
