  <p>Information: Arthur "Tiny" Ramsey, 42, of Ripley, died Thursday at home following an apparent heart attack.  Ramsey was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Dewey and Ona McDonald Ramsey.  He was a truck driver.  He is survived by his wife, Shirley; three sons, Arthur E. and Calvin, both of Ripley and William of Evans; a stepson, Johnny Bowman of Ripley; three daughters, Mrs. Ruby Ray, Miss Ona Ramsey and Miss Ada Ramsey, both of Ripley; four brothers, Calvin and Raymond Ramsey, both of Ripley and Buster of Staats Mill, and Richard of California; a half brother, David Friend of Ripley; two sisters, Mrs. Ada Scarberry of Ripley and Mrs. Mary Frazier of Ravenswood; and five grandchildren.  A service was scheduled for 3 p.m. Saturday in Parsons Funeral Home Chapel, Ripley, with the Rev. Forrest Garnes officiating.  Burial was to follow in the Martin Chapel Cemetery, Mud Run, near Ripley.</p>
