Information: Mrs. Edith Parrish Stewart, 67, of Ripley, died Sunday in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a long illness. Surviving: husband, John G.; son, Leon Parrish, Jr. of Harker Heights, Tex.; daughter, Mrs. Frances Steele of Ripley; brothers, Clyde Patterson of Gay, John Patterson of Ravenswood; sisters, Mrs. Chloe Finch of New Brighton, Pa., Mrs. Elva Staats and Mrs. Evelyn Staats, both of Ripley, Mrs. Emma Jean Snodgrass of Malta, Pa.; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Services were held yesterday in Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. William Eaton officiating. Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.
