  <p>Information: Mrs. Anna Belle Parks, 92, of New Waterford, Ohio, died Thursday afternoon at East Palestine, O., after a long illness.  She was born Sept.20, 1884 in Toppins Grove, the daughter of the late Barney and Lilly May King Smith.  She was a housewife and retired switchboard operator at Toppins Grove and was a member of the Willowdale Baptist Church.  Mrs. Parks was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel E. Parks, in 1952.  Surviving: two daughters, Miss Ruth Parks, Deland, Fla., Mrs. Bernie (Virginia) Raendes, Washington D.C.; one son, Clair E. Parks of East Liverpool, Ohio.  Services were held Sunday at Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home, Columbiana, Ohio, with the Rev. Chester Harris officiating.  Additional graveside service was held Monday at the Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
