  <p>Information: Word has been received here of the death of Anna Hinzman, 63, Cedar Ridge, Calif., which occurred Nov. 20 at a Cedar Ridge hospital. Funeral services for the Liverpool, W. Va. native were held Tuesday in Grass Velley, Calif., with burial there.  Mrs. Hinzman was born in Liverpool, W. Va., a daughter of the late Ocran and Belle Morgan, and was a nursing graduate of San Mateo College.  She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Grass Valley Church of Christ and Licensed Vocational Nurses Assoc.  Surviving are two sons, Robert of Vacaville, Calif. and James of Cedar Ridge, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs. Marlene Hooper of Lake County, Calif.; three brothers, Robert Morgan of Panama Canal Zone, Wilbur Morgan of Covington, Va., and Hans Morgan of Parkersburg; four sisters, Mrs. Thelma Van Cleave, Fresno, Calif., Mrs. Bessie Baldwin, Riverside, Calif., Mrs. Mary Dailey, Villa Park, Calif., and Rosalie Allen of San Diego, Calif.; and eight grandchildren.</p>
