  <p>Information: Charles Johnson Baker Jr., 58, of Chillicothe O., formerly of Jackson County, died last Tuesday in Chillicothe following an extended illness.  He was born in Denver, Colorado Sept. 3, 1918, son of Charles E. and Nina Dawkins Baker, who survive and reside in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.  He attended Randolph Macon Military Academy, Ashland, Va., was a veteran of World War II and formerly was employed by Ford Motor Co., Detroit, Mich.  Survivors, in addition to his parents, include his wife, Mrs. Gertrude Jones Baker and a son, Sidney Baker, Ravenswood.  Funeral services were held Friday at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Paul V. H. Bell officiating.  Burial was in Independence Cemetery, Sandyville.</p>
