Information: RIPLEY - Luster Blenn Randolph, 59, Liverpool, Jackson County, died Thursday in the Roane General Hospital, Spencer, after a short illness. He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Charles and Lucy Johnson Randolph. He was employed with the West Virginia Department of Highways in Ripley and was a veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Wavie Parsons Randolph; a son, Cleo Randolph; five daughters, Reva Randolph and Mrs. Kitty Rhodes, both of Fairplain, Donna and Alice Randolph, both at home, and Mrs. Linda Rhodes of Ripley; seven brothers, Darrell in Florida, Ronald of Kentuck, Hobert of Gandeeville, Cody of Tyler Mountain, Odie of Goshen, Ind., and Dennis Randolph of Charleston, James Randolph in Ohio; a sister, Mrs. Alice Hardman of Ripley; four grandchildren. Services will be conducted Sunday, 2 p.m. at the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Guy Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Kiser Cemetery, Kentuck. Friends may call today, 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
