  <p>Information: RIPLEY-Mrs. Phoebe Luree Young, 72, Ripley, died Thursday in the Jackson General Hospital, Ripley.  She was born in Gay, a daughter of the late Joseph and Mollie Rhodes Harmon.  She was a member of the Ripley Tabernacle Church.  She is survived by four sons, Delmer and Denver, both of Ripley, Denzil in Ohio, and Thomas J. Young of Spencer; a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Austin of Ripley; a brother, Frank Harmon of Bluffton, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs. Ollie Casto of Parkersburg and Garnet Harmon of Ripley; 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted Sunday, 2 p.m. at the Ripley Tabernacle Church with the Rev. D. C. Guthrie and the Rev. Orland Reynolds officiating.  Burial will be in the Pine Hill Cemetery.  Friends may call today after 2 p.m. at the funeral home.</p>
