  <p>Information: TED LEWIS DIES: RAVENSWOOD CHIEF FOR 20 YEARS - RAVENSWOOD - Frederick (Ted) Lewis, retired Ravenswood police chief, died yesterday in a Parkersburg hospital.  For the past two years he had resided with a sister here.  Mr. Lewis, 59, had been police chief for 20 years when he retired in 1967 for health reasons.  He was a native of Gallia County, Ohio.  He graduated from Ravenswood High School in 1930.  The funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the First Christian Church of Ravenswood, of which he was a member.  A World War II veteran, he was a member of Ables-Rayburn Post 118 of the American Legion and VFW Post 6669. Survivors: sisters, Mrs. Iva Rowley of Parkersburg, Mrs. Jessie Board of Ripley; brother, Dr. Franklin Lewis of Lexington, Ky.  Friends may call at the Chambers Funeral Home here today after 1 p.m.</p>
