  <p>Information: Joe Donley Chisler, 59, of Rt. 1, Evergreen Hills, Cottageville, died Friday at the Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  He was born in Monongahela County, a son of Ethel Moore Chisler of Fairview and the late Stacy Chisler.  He attended the Cottageville United Methodist Church, was a World War II veteran.  He was employed by the Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corp. of Ravenswood and was the president and former assistant chief of the Cottageville Volunteer Fire Dept.
    In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Evelyn Rosalee Tennant Chisler; four daughters, Judi Williams of San Jose, Calif., Mrs. Monica Jo Miller of New Martinsville, Miss Kathy Anna Chisler of Point Pleasant and Sara Beth Hensley of Ravenswood; a brother, Jim Faye Chisler of Fairview; five sisters, Mrs. Lena Shriver and Mrs. Rachel Lewis, both of Fairview, Mrs. Margaret Stewart and Mrs. Nona Drake, both of Fairmont and Mrs. Dema Gump of Cottageville; and four grandchildren.  Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the Casto Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Russell Crawford officiating.  Burial will be in the Jackson County Memory Gardens.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Sunday.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cottageville Volunteer Fire Department.</p>
