  <p>Information: Okey S. Nesselroad, 75, 132 Ridgeway Ave., Weirton, died in Weirton Medical Center on Sept. 7.  He was born in Ravenswood, the son of the late David and Ruth Webster Nesselroad.  He retired in 1969 as a foreman in the Sheet Mill Department, Weirton Steel Division, and was a member of the Rings Creek Union Chapel, the Golden Age Club, and Weirton Steel 25-Year Club.  Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Arie V. Williamson Nesselroad; two daughters, Mrs. William (Jean) Harrison, Weirton, and Mrs. Howard (Eileen) Love, Dayton, Ohio; three sons, Sherman E. and Randall L., both of Weirton and James R. of Bloomingdale; one brother, Charles D. Nesselroad of Ravenswood; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Clara Brannon, who died two months ago.  Steele and Wolfe Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.  Services were held at the Kings Creek Union Chapel in Weirton, with the Rev. Gene Erwin officiating.</p>
