  <p>Information: Dollie Dellie Speece, 87, of Parkersburg, died at her home Wednesday night.  Born in Guysville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Zaccariah and Harriett Elizabeth Scott Smith.  She was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ at Graysville, Ohio.  Surviving: sons, Thomas E. Speece of Ravenswood, Wilbert H. and Robert H. Speece, both of Parkersburg; daughters, Virginia McVey of Leroy, Jessie Nesselrotte and Edna Beall, both of Parkersburg, and Ruth Ann Ninear of Vienna; 30 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, David F. Speece, in 1973.  The funeral was Saturday at Kimes Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Pastor Walter Carney officiating.  Burial was in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery at Graysville, Ohio.</p>
