  <p>Information: Virginia M. Sizemore, 80 of Ripley died Sept. 26, 2002 in Eldercare of Ripley following a long illness.  She was born June 13, 1922, at Burnwell, WV, a daughter of the late William and Honor Holbrook Messer.  She was a graduate of East Bank High School, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Clay County, and volunteer with the Ladies Auxiliary at Jackson General Hospital.  She retired as a secretary from the Jackson county Board of Education and also worked for the Clay County Board of Education with a combined 30 years of service.  She was a member of the Mill Creek Baptist Church, Frozen Camp where she was a member of the choir.  In addition to her parents, her son, Jon Glenn Sizemore preceded her in death.  She is survived by her husband, Jack D. Sizemore of Ripley; a sister, Ruby Salters of Columbus, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28 at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Bob Keen officiating.  Burial will be in the Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville.</p>
