Information: Lossie Ellis, 64, of Liverpool, died Tuesday in Memorial Division, CAMC after a long illness. He was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church and was a retired brick mason. Surviving: wife, Virginia, son, Lossie Jr. of Fairplain, daughter, Mrs Coleen Murray of Culloden, stepdaughter, Mrs. Geneal Bailey of Ripley, brothers, Cledis and Ray, both of Logan, sisters, Mrs. Marie Tiller, Mrs, May Spears, Mrs. Faye Oles, Miss Merrill Ellis and Mrs. Lois Fox, all of Logan; six grandchildren. Service was Thursday in Vail Funeral home, Ripley, with the Rev. Herman Robinson officiating. Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.
