  <p>Information: Orville Jackson Paugh, 94, of Peniel died Feb. 7, 2004 at Eldercare of Ripley.  He was born in Roane County, a son of the late Albert and Fannie Moss Paugh.  He was a retired farmer, carpenter and oilfield worker.  He was a member of Pleasant Grove Church and was formerly a boxer.  He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Lenore Jean Midcap Paugh; three sons, Jack Paugh of Mallory, Eugene Paugh of Pineville and Holly Paugh of Weston; three stepsons, Lonnie Starcher of Spencer and James and Timmy Starcher, both of Peniel; two step-daughters, Chris Richardson and Dorene Norman, both of Spencer; one sister, Lucille Kittle of Ripley; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Jim Paugh; two brothers, Clarence and Herman Paugh; and two sisters, Ethel Murray and Geneva Cooper.  Service was Wednesday at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home with Pastor John Ellison officiating.  Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Peniel.</p>
