  <p>Information: Daniel Rhodes, 42, of Madison, died Sunday in Greenbrier County, following an automobile accident.  He was born in Jackson County, the son of Gilbert and Christine Hinzman Rhodes of Gay.  He was president of the Bank of Chapmanville, and a member of the West Virginia CAP and the West Virginia Bankers Association.  Other than his parents, he is survived by his wife, Saundra; son, Keith of Madison; sister, Judith Ann Underwood of Grantsville.  He was preceded in death by one sister, Kathleen Joyce.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, 2 pm at Vail Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Hinzman officiating.  Burial will be in Evans Cemetery at Gay.  Friends may call after 5 pm today (Wednesday) at the funeral home.</p>
