  <p>Information: Howard Clinton Cossin, 69, of Canal Winchester, Ohio, formerly of Cottageville, died Wednesday in Doctor's Hospital North, Columbus, Ohio, following a long illness. He was born in Mason County, a son of Mabel Shinn Cossin of Cottageville and the late William Cossin.
     Additional survivors are sons, Larry Cossin and Danny Cossin, both of Columbus, Ohio; daughter, Christine Wess of Columbus; sisters, Dica O'Day of West Jefferson, Ohio, Dixie Mignone of Hilliard, Ohio, Latricia Mason and Betty Henry, both of Columbus and Carol Sayre of Cottageville; brothers, Golden Cossin of Point Pleasant and William Cossin of Columbus; six grandchildren.  Service was Saturday in the Creston United Methodist Church with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Interment was in Creston Cemetery.  Casto Funeral Home, Evans, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
