  <p>Information: FAIRPLAIN - Mildred Wilkinson Young, age 80, of Fairplain, went home to be with the Lord on August 2, 2011 at Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.  Millie was an avid seamstress who made all of her own clothes and crafts.  She attended church at Ripley Tabernacle before her illness.  Her parents, Riley and Helen Wilkinson, and her faithful spouse, Douglas Young, preceded her in death.  Surviving are her loving sisters and brothers, Phyllis K. Taylor (Doyle), Lola Faye Olive (Gene), Zana P. Hodges (Dennis), Albert L. Wilkinson (Karen-deceased), Riley ""Junior"" Wilkinson (Kay), Robert E. Wilkinson of Florida; one surviving aunt, Virginia Wilkinson of Barboursville; 20 nieces and nephews; many great-nieces and nephews; cousins; and a host of friends.  Funeral services for Millie were at noon, Friday, August 5, at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with Pastor Mike Elder officiating.   Interment was held at Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.  A time of food and fellowship in Millie&#39;s honor immediately followed the service at the Parsons-Vail Family Center located at the funeral home.  Friends called at the funeral home two hours prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ravenswood Care Center. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the wonderful caregivers and nurses at Ravenswood Care Center and Jackson General Hospital for their kindness and care.</p>
