  <p>Information: Carl Lindon Yates, 59, of Ravenswood, was dead on arrival Monday at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, apparently of a heart attack he suffered earlier while on the job for the State Department of Highways.  He was born at Ravenswood, was a member of the Christian Church at Ravenswood, and Local Union No. 1085 of Parkersburg.  Surviving:  wife, Mildred Watkins Yates; daughters, Mrs. Cordia Sue Little of Parkersburg, Mrs. Connie Lou Snyder of Ravenswood; sons, Carl of Williamstown, Sgt. Johnny Yates with the U. S. Air Force at Victorville, Calif.; sisters, Mrs. Susan Hershey of Lakemore, Ohio, Mrs. Ardith Clagg of San Bernardino, Calif.; brothers, Donward of Lakemore, Ohio, Amos of San Bernardino, Calif.  Service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Ravenswood Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. William E. Saunders officiating.  Burial will be in the Ravenswood Cemetery.  Friends may call today (Wednesday) from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Chambers Funerral Home, Ravenswood.</p>
