  <p>Information: Sharon V. Wright, 57, of Ripley, passed away Tuesday, October 11 at her home following an extended illness. She was born July 16, 1954 at Charleston WV, daughter of the late Guy D. and Gladys Lanham Wright of Shatto Road.  Sharon began a lifelong career in health care as a nursing assistant at Jackson General Hospital where she also worked as an emergency medical technician.  She retired as a registered nurse in Florida prior to returning to the family home near Ripley.         Surviving:  sisters, Helen Westfall, Betty Burgess and Debbie Knuckles, all of the Ripley area; nieces and nephews, Becky Woodard, Jimmy Burgess, April Mellinger and Glen Knuckles.  In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her life partner, Jane Keys, sister, Linda McDaniel, nephew, John Knuckles and niece, Elizabeth Wright.   Funeral services are private and will be held by the family. The family would like to thank Sharon&#39;s special friend and caregiver, Linda Westfall, for the compassion and care shown during her illness.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations to the Jackson County Humane Society be made in Sharon&#39;s honor.  Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, is serving the family.</p>
