  <p>Information: David Leon Wright, 74, of Ripley, also of Edgewater. FL, died November 3, 2003 at Jackson General Hospital.  He was born September 11, 1929 in Reedy, WV, the son of the late A. Clyde and Nelle B. Sheppard Wright.  He was retired from Ravenswood Aluminum and Chemical Corporation as a Laboratory Technician.  He attended Morris Harvey College, Parkersburg Community College and West Virginia State College.  He was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church of Ripley and was a U. S. Army veteran and was retired from the U. S. Army Reserve 812th Ordinance Company.  He is survived by his wife, Agnes Flowers Wright of Ripley and Florida; sons. David L. Wright II of Edgewater, FL., Gregory D. Wright of Ripley; grandson, Alexander G. Wright of Charleston; brothers, Phillip M. Wright of Charleston, Gary S. Wright of Ripley; aunt, Lela S. Wright of Ravenswood; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.  Funeral services were held on Friday, November 7, 2003 at Vail Funeral Home in Ripley with Reverend Charles Hicks officiating.  Burial followed at Pine Hill Cemetery with military rites by American Legion Post No. 107.  Memorials may be made to Calvary United Methodist Church and the Ripley Volunteer Fire Department.</p>
