Information: Cumberland Milton Woodfell succumbed at 4 o'clock Saturday morning to injuries received last July when he fell from a tree at his home about two miles east of the Staats Mills post office.  Mr. Woodfell's spine was injured causing paralysis of the lower limbs.  He was taken to John Hopkins Hospital at Baltimore where an operation was performed in an effort to save his life.  He was 40 years of age and is survived by his widow and four children.  Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Napier of the United Brethren Church at Mt. Carmel Monday.  The remains were interred in the Woodfell family burial grounds.  (McIntyre)
