  <p>Information: Woodrow Walter Woodard, 73, of Evans, died Monday in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, O., following a long illness.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Elias Stanton and Lidya Belle Stewart Woodard.  He was a life-long resident of Jackson County and was a retired farmer and carpenter.  He was a member of the Mount Moriah Methodist Church.  He is survived by his wife, Elsie McCloud Woodard; one son, Arnold Woodard of Pt. Pleasant; two daughters, Millie Jo Woodard and Brenda Woodard, both of Evans; one brother, Donald Woodard of Parkersburg; two sisters, Bernice Morrison of Evans and Hazel Wilson of Parkersburg; one grandchild, Tonya Woodard of Pt. Pleasant.  He was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.  Services are scheduled for tomorrow at 1 p.m. at the Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. James Cunningham officiating.  Burial will be in the Creston Cemetery, Evans.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. today.</p>
