Information: Marvin Joe Woodard, 53, of Letart, died Feb. 18, 1992, at Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant following a sudden illness.  He was born in Cottageville, a son of the late Charles and Sylvia Bennett Woodard.  He was a lab technician for Hartley Manufacturing, a member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church and a member of the Union Charge Choir.  He is survived by his wife, Shirley Grimm Woodard; one son, Charles Keith Woodard of Letart; one daughter, Pamela Jean Carroll of Tiffen, Ohio; two sisters, Maxine Ransbottom and Vivian Craig both of Columbus; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ernest Woodard.  Services were held Friday at the Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre and Rev. John Smith officiating.  Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery at Letart.
